TERMS OF SERVICE
Something I would like you to know in advance
Revisions & Alterations
Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included during each stage of line art, coloring, and final rendering. Any major revisions requested after final stage approval, or exceeding the included rounds, will be billed at an additional rate.
Copyright & Usage

Copyright is preserved by the creator unless stated otherwise.

Client Usage will be listed on paper per contract.

No reselling of the artwork itself is allowed.

No AI training is allowed.
Payment Terms

Currency & Methods: USD (Zelle or Cash App), or TWD (Bank Transfer or Line Pay).

Deposit Requirement: 50%, upon signing the contract.

Invoice will be used provided by either end.
Deadlines
-
The expected delivery day should be expected at least 1 month after inquiry unless stated otherwise.

The client is responsible for the delay of deadline caused by delay of payment or communication caused by the client's end.
Cancellations & Refunds

Deposit is non-refundable.

On cancellation by the client, cancellation fee will be charged for all completed work up to the date of termination.

On cancellation by the creator, all fees including deposit will be refunded to the client.
